春季頂級法國食材白蘆筍向來是老饕最愛,白蘆筍每年3到5月的產期中,尤以4月產量與品質都達到高峰,現在正是品嘗白蘆筍最佳時機。

有台北法國餐廳即起至6月30日,推出每人3,200元加1成的法國頂級白蘆筍饗宴,以白蘆筍搭配地中海風味義式餐點,前菜溫熱白蘆筍蛋糕,搭配重口味蒜香鯷魚醬汁與季節沙拉,還有乳香濃郁的奶油白蘆筍農湯襯義式火腿麵包,以及道地北義麵食,加入3種乳酪的奶油起司白蘆筍義大利麵捲。

主菜則以白蘆筍搭配厚實肥嫩的龍膽石斑或柔軟多汁的小牛菲力,小牛菲力採爐烤方式,封存鮮美肉汁,仍保有瘦而細嫩的口感。
